A couture dream of for Lauren, in a gown created from a an exquisite antique silk taffeta screen printed with roses designed by the one and only Olivier Messel. The illustrator responsible for some of the most amazing stage and back drop designs the west end has ever seen. Part Botticelli’s Venus and part Lucretia Borgia this gown encapsulates the remembrance of things past but has its ideas firmly in the modern world.

When it cam to creating Kate’s gown, we drew on her love for the vintage glamour of Dior in the 1950’s and her flair for the theatrical, cut from sumptuous gold Italian silk mikado, with a wide draped portrait collar and a draped bodice, complimented with a voluminous skirt. The antique. Gold of the gown complemented her flowing auburn hair and dazzling smile. The whole look was completed with  incredible vintage inspired crystal earrings and necklace.

modern classicism is the only ay to describe this beautiful woman and her gown had to reflect this, the soft lustre of the white mikado, cut into a sumptuous pleated skirt, and the immaculate fitting of the plunging neck created the clean dramatic glamour she desired...

A sophisticated Romantic gown for a delightful human, Mia’s gown was styles after the glamorous gowns from the the 1930’s movie stars like Hedy Lamar and Jean Harlow, a caviar beaded tulle sinuously draped over the body, then entirely  appliquéd with the most exquisite embroidery, hand beaded roses and vines picked out in Crystal and silver bullion thread.

Her gown cut from the most luxurious Italian silk mikado, it’s subtle lustre face just the right amount sheen to high light the delicate draping and ball gown style.
